My passion for art has led me to explore abstract painting, collage and mixed media.

See dimensions.I have fun experimenting, playing with media, materials, and techniques. This intuitive exploration often leads to surprising outcomes. The viewer can interpret the art as he or she experiences it in a unique fashion. Unlike realistic art, abstract art is often not planned, although there is often an idea, a feeling or color harmony, shapes, or type of design that I have in mind. I like to use found materials and images in collage, and various tools for painting. When I create art I am sometimes lost in another world, happily painting, printmaking, or collaging. Art is therefore therapy. Notice the size of the art is 12” x 12”. It appears larger in the room setting so you can see the detail of art; hopefully this is not deceiving.
